Job Description:
We are looking for a Social Media Moderator to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and responding to interactions across our social media platforms, ensuring our online community remains positive, safe, and aligned with our brand guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor comments, direct messages, and mentions on a daily basis.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally based on provided guidelines.
- Identify, report, and remove content that violates our community rules.
- Create daily/weekly reports on engagement trends and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the content team to maintain brand voice and consistency.
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter/X).
- Strong communication skills and patience when handling online interactions.
- Able to work in shifts, including weekends when required.
- Previous experience as a moderator or admin is an advantage.
