The Opportunity:
The Social Media Specialist will support the Social Media Lead in creating and executing social media strategies that engage our audience, promote our brand, and drive business metrics. The ideal candidate is a fitness enthusiast with a strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
What You Will Do:
- Assist in developing and implementing social media content plans that align with marketing goals and strategies.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content (images, videos) on Instagram and Tiktok
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews across social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our social media presence.
Kualifikasi
What We Need:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Passion for fitness and a good understanding of the gym industry.
- Proven experience with social media platforms (Instagram & TikTok) and content creation tools (VN, capcut, adobe premiere pro, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude, eager to learn, and proactive in suggesting new ideas.
