About the Role
You’ll be part of the creative heartbeat behind SejutaCita’s online community—helping millions of students and young dreamers discover opportunities through inspiring, relatable content. From brainstorming TikTok ideas to designing Instagram posts, you’ll turn creativity into impact while learning how to manage real brand growth.
What You’ll Do
- Support daily content creation for Instagram, TikTok, OR X.
- Brainstorm and execute ideas that engage youth audiences with SejutaCita’s mission.
- Assist in campaign launches, event promotions, and scholarship announcements.
- Manage social interactions: comments, DMs, and community replies.
- Track post performance and share insights for improvement.
- Stay updated with social trends, youth culture, and viral formats.
Kualifikasi
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for social media, content creation, and youth empowerment.
- Creative, organized, and eager to learn.
- Strong communication and writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia (English a plus).
- Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Team player who enjoys fast-paced, collaborative work.
Bonus Points
- Experience managing a personal or campus social media account.
- Comfortable brainstorming or appearing in short-form videos.
- Awareness of trending content formats and aesthetics.
