About the Role
You’ll help bring SejutaCita’s mission to life across social media—creating inspiring, youth-driven content that connects with millions of students and changemakers. From crafting impactful posts to jumping on trending formats, you’ll help us keep our digital presence vibrant, relevant, and full of purpose.
What You’ll Do
- Create and schedule social media content across Instagram, TikTok, OR X.
- Develop creative ideas and visuals aligned with SejutaCita’s brand voice.
- Support ongoing campaigns—scholarships, events, and youth programs.
- Engage with our online community (comments, DMs, and partnerships).
- Track post performance and share insights for improvement.
- Stay updated with social media trends and best practices for Gen Z audiences.
Kualifikasi
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation or social media management (freelance or part-time).
- Strong sense of storytelling and visual style.
- Skilled with Canva, CapCut, or similar design and editing tools.
- Reliable, organized, and able to meet content deadlines.
- Passionate about education, youth empowerment, and social impact.
Bonus Points
- Experience managing or growing a youth-oriented brand or community page.
- Ability to produce short-form video content or simple motion graphics.
- Creative flair paired with good judgment and consistency.
