Social Media & KOL Specialist

Job Description

  • Identify and establish relationships with relevant industry influencers and thought leaders.
  • Develop and maintain a database of potential KOLs aligned with the brand's values and target audience.
  • Negotiate and manage partnerships with KOLs, ensuring mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Monitor KOL performance and analyze the impact of influencer campaigns.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followership.
  • Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, tailored to the target audience.
  • Stay informed about social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to optimize strategies.
  • Implement content marketing strategies to promote products, services, and brand messaging.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure content performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Foster a positive and engaged online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, discussions, and opportunities to engage with the audience.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives.
  • Track and report on the success of social media campaigns, providing insights for future improvements.


  • Candidate must own at least Bachelor's degree in any major with minimum GPA 3.0 out of 4.0.
  • Having at least 2-6 years experience in related role (sociali media & KOL) and industry (Personal care and cosmetics)
