Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Create and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
- Keep up with the latest AI trends and tools to enhance content creation.
- Design visuals and social media assets using AI-based tools.
- Generate captions, post ideas, and content outlines with AI writing tools.
- Engage with followers (comments, DMs, feedback, etc.).
- Support the marketing team in executing content calendars and campaigns.
- Assist in managing KOL/influencer collaborations.
- Appear as talent in social media content when needed.
- Contribute to all phases of social media activity: brainstorming, execution, and analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related fields.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiar with major social media platforms and digital trends.
- Interest/experience with AI tools for writing, design, or analytics (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva Magic, Notion AI).
- Basic design/editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar).
- Updated on social media, marketing, tech, AI, and advertising trends.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
