Job Description:
GeekHunter is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Content Intern to manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn and Instagram. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content that reflects our brand, engages our audience, and supports our employer branding strategy. This is a great opportunity to apply your creative thinking, design skills, and content knowledge in a dynamic recruitment environment.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage a content calendar for GeekHunter’s LinkedIn and Instagram accounts
• Create visual content (posts, carousels, reels, infographics) and write on-brand captions tailored to each platform
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content with branding, marketing, and recruitment goals
• Monitor and report social media performance, including engagement, reach, and content impact on employer branding
• Stay up-to-date with trends, tools, and best practices for LinkedIn and Instagram
• Support the implementation of social media strategies that promote GeekHunter’s services, culture, and achievements
Kualifikasi
• Final-year student or fresh graduate from a reputable university, open to all majors
• Has prior experience handling social media, especially Instagram and LinkedIn (e.g., from internships, personal projects, freelance, or organizations)
• Has completed courses related to social media and content creation (e.g., RevoU, MySkill, Coursera, etc.)
• Able to use design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar platforms
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Comfortable communicating and creating content in English
• Has a portfolio showcasing previous work in social media and content creation
• Able to think creatively and contribute fresh, original ideas that align with GeekHunter’s branding goals
