About the Role
We’re looking for a Social Media & Community Associate who will be the face of OCX across our community and social media channels. This role combines live hosting, seller onboarding, community engagement, and appearing as on-camera talent for OCX’s content.
You’ll work closely with the Community Manager to run community activities while also supporting card sellers joining the OCX platform. If you’re comfortable on camera, enjoy engaging with people, and love collectibles culture, this role is a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as on-camera talent for OCX’s social media content (videos, reels, short-form content, promos).
- Host live sessions on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to showcase cards, explain features, and engage with viewers.
- Assist card sellers with onboarding, account setup, and basic platform usage.
- Support community activities such as meetups, events, and online discussions.
- Actively engage with the community through DMs, comments, and group chats.
- Explain OCX processes such as authentication, consignment, escrow, and payouts in a clear and friendly way.
- Coordinate with the Community Manager, Operations, and Marketing teams on campaigns and events.
- Collect community and seller feedback and share insights with the team.
Kualifikasi
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Comfortable being on camera and representing the brand publicly.
- Confident hosting live sessions and appearing in recorded social media content.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging presence.
- Able to communicate clearly in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Interest in trading cards, collectibles, toys, anime, or pop culture.
- Organized, approachable, and patient when handling community and seller questions.
- Willing to learn OCX’s platform, workflows, and community guidelines.
Nice to Have
- Experience as a content creator, host, livestream talent, or community handler.
- Background as a card seller, reseller, or community admin.
- Familiarity with marketplace or e-commerce platforms.
- Active involvement in TCG or collectibles communities.
