Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and drive engagement.
Manage day-to-day activities on social media channels, including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.
Cultivate and maintain a strong online community by fostering positive interactions and addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing to continuously improve our online presence.
Monitor social media analytics and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize social media performance.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously
Willing to Work from the office (Office location : Alam Sutera, Tangerang Selatan)
