Job Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the SOC, ensuring optimal performance and 24/7 monitoring.
Lead a team of SOC analysts and engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development.
Develop and implement security policies, processes, and procedures for incident detection and response.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to align security operations with organizational goals.
Manage and enhance SIEM tools, threat intelligence platforms, and other SOC technologies.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the SOC's incident response efforts, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of security incidents.
Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies, and recommend improvements to the SOC.
Prepare regular reports on SOC performance, incidents, and key security metrics for senior management.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Kualifikasi
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience: At least 5 years in a cybersecurity role, with 2+ years in a managerial or leadership position within a SOC.
Certifications: Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, CEH, GIAC, or similar.
Strong experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, AlienVault).
Solid understanding of incident detection, threat analysis, and response methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST)
