Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Bertanggung jawab untuk membangun, menjaga, dan mengelola hubungan dengan nasabah bisnis kecil dan menengah (SME) dengan tujuan peningkatan kepuasan pelanggan dan retensi.
- Melakukan solicit untuk mencari debitur prospek untuk pengajuan kredit dan penempatan dana, sesuai dengan target yang diberikan
- Pendanaan dan Pengembangan Portofolio : Bertanggungjawab untuk memperluas portofolio kredit dan nasabah SME dengan melakukan analisis kredit, menilai risiko kredit, serta memproses aplikasi kredit secara efisien
- Pemantauan dan Pengelolaan Risiko
Kualifikasi
- S1 Semua jurusan
- Pengalaman kerja minimal 2-3 tahun di bidang marketing atau sales perbankan
- Pemahaman terkait perbankan, proses pengajuan kredit, dan laporan keuangan beroriantasi pada target
- Kemampuan komunikasi dan sosialisasi yang baik
- Bersedia Bekerja dari Kantro (WFO) di Kantor Cabang terkait

On February 23, 2021, after obtaining approval from the OJK on February 8, 2021, the Company, announced a change in the name and new logo of PT. Bank Bukopin, Tbk. to become PT. Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk. As Known KB Bukopin with a new tag line "Together, we are the financial stars."
