Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Coordinate with related parties like Engineering Mall, Architect, and Contractor.
- Supervise Engineering work, Interior, and ME
- Responsible for material used according to agreement
- Making daily and weekly progress report in the field.
- Minimalize mistake on the field that will add extra cost.
- Making work permit application and coordinate with Mall
- Documenting all document needed for on going project.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from Civil Engineering
- Experience in civil, electrical and building maintenance.
- Having minimum 4 years experience in similar position, preferably in F&B Industry or Hospitality
- Able to use computer (Auto cad, Ms. Project, Ms. Office and Ms. Excel).
- Detail oriented and organize
- Have good communication and coordination skill
- Available to join as soon as possible.
