As Affiliate Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for:
- Conduct market research to identify potential affiliates and partnership opportunities.
- Analyse competitors’ affiliate programmes and compile insights and best practices.
- Evaluate affiliate performance metrics and prepare detailed reports.
- Assist in identifying and recruiting new affiliates through various channels.
- Develop and send outreach communications to potential affiliate partners.
- Maintain an organised database of contacts and outreach activities.
- Serve as a point of contact for affiliates, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
- Foster positive relationships with existing affiliates to encourage programme loyalty.
- Regularly update affiliates on new products, promotions, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content for affiliates.
- Ensure that all affiliate links and banners are current and functioning properly.
- Assist in the creation of newsletters, emails, and other affiliate communications.
- Track affiliate performance and sales metrics using analytical tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on affiliate activities and programme performance.
- Identify trends and provide insights to optimise the affiliate programme.
- Manage affiliate applications, ensuring timely review and approval.
- Maintain accurate records of affiliate agreements and contracts.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of affiliate payments.
- Provide input on the development of new strategies to enhance the affiliate programme.
- Assist in testing and implementing new tools and technologies to streamline processes.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with affiliate marketing software.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
- Interest in digital marketing and affiliate marketing trends.
- Willingness to work from the office (Hybrid) at BSD, Tangerang.
- Ability to commit to a three-month internship programme (1st July 2024 - 30th September 2024).
