Develop and implement strategic sales management plans for financing products in alignment with company policies.
Ensure effective control and oversight of sales activities to meet and exceed set targets.
Take ownership of the sales management process, demonstrating accountability for achieving company objectives.

Kualifikasi

Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university with min GPA 3.00
Having min. 2 years of experiences in financial services (leasing) and multipurpose financing
Have an experience as a team leader
Understand the procedure of four-wheels leasing company
Good Managerial skill and can handle team
Ready to assigned throughout Indonesia
