Oversee daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a seamless customer experience
Manage and train showroom staff, fostering a positive team environment
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achive targets
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to improve showroom performance
Maintain follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationship

Kualifikasi

Proven experience in showroom management or retail operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Experience in maintaining customer relationship and follow-up processes
