Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Assist in preparing all shooting requirements, including equipment, props, wardrobe, locations, and schedules.
  • Manage production documents such as shot lists, rundowns, and call sheets.
  • Ensure all technical and logistical needs are ready prior to the shooting day.
  • Support the videographer team during the shooting process as a production or camera assistant.
  • Ensure smooth on-site operations and manage time efficiently to keep talents and properties on schedule.
  • Prepare and submit daily shooting reports to the Senior Production team.
  • Act as an operational liaison between relevant teams (Copywriter, Art, Talent Coordinator, Editor).
  • Participate in pre-production meetings (PPM) and production evaluations to ensure effective coordination.

Kualifikasi

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate in Broadcasting, Film, Communication, or related fields.
  • Basic understanding of short-form video production and videography fundamentals (camera, lighting, audio).
  • Comfortable working on set, multitasking, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Fast learner with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Eager to grow in Producing or Production Management roles.
  • Previous experience in video production (TikTok, YouTube, or commercials) is a plus.
  • Familiar with end-to-end production workflows.
  • Motorcycle license (SIM C) or mobility for field production is an advantage.
  • Willing to work Full WFO from SIRCLO Studio in BSD.
  • Able to commit for a six-month or more full-time internship
