We are seeking a skilled Shopify Account Manager to join our team remotely. This part-time position requires expertise in managing Shopify stores and handling Amazon platforms, particularly targeting US audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Shopify accounts, including setup, optimization, and maintenance.
- Handle Amazon platform operations, ensuring product listings, promotions, and sales strategies are optimized for the US market.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance e-commerce performance.
- Provide customer support and resolve issues related to Shopify and Amazon operations.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends and implement best practices to drive growth and profitability.
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing Shopify stores and Amazon platforms, specifically targeting US audiences.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, including product listing optimization, SEO, and customer engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Shopify apps and tools for automation and analytics.
- Familiarity with inventory management and fulfillment processes.
- Previous success in improving conversion rates and sales on e-commerce platforms.
