Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Mengidentifikasi dan mencari solusi atas keluhan/masalah customer
- Berkoordinasi dengan internal/bengkel untuk penyelesaiin masalah customer
- Membuat SPK dan mencatat progress & interaksi dengan bengkel/customer dengan detail serta akurat
- Berkoordinasi dalam team antar shift & divisi lainnya
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Semua jurusan
- Familiar dengan penggunaan komputer seperti Microsoft Office dan System
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
- Memiliki pemahaman dasar mengenai perawatan/perbaikan kendaraan
- Jujur, teliti, bertanggung jawab dan berkomitmen terhadap pekerjaan
- Siap bekerja dalam shift dan mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan
- Placement BSD, Tangerang Selatan

The Company has undergone several amendments to the aricles of associaion, most recently based on Notarial Deed No. 59 dated July 7, 2020 from Chrisina Dwi Utami, SH, M.Hum., M.Kn., a notary based in Jakarta, regarding changes in the Company’s aims, objecives and business aciviies in accordance with the 2017 Indonesian Standard Classificaion of Business Fields (“KLBI”) as well as changes and adjustments in accordance with the Financial Services Authority Regulaions. The amendment was approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia in leter No. AHU-0052710. AH.01.02 YEAR 2020, July 30, 2020. Since its establishment, the Company has continued to develop its business network, staring with expansions in Tangerang and Surabaya in 2015. By the end of 2021, the Company has 5 representaive oices in Indonesia located in Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Palembang and Medan.
