Role Overview: The SEO Strategist/Senior Associate will drive Astro's organic growth by implementing SEO strategies that extend beyond content creation. This role involves technical collaboration with the Product team, executing content plans, and optimizing content placement to improve search rankings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including technical SEO, on-page, and off-page optimization.
- Collaborate with the Product team to ensure website architecture and code meet SEO best practices.
- Create high-quality content based on the content plan and calendar.
- Identify and implement opportunities for content placement and link-building.
- Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console and analytics platforms.
- Stay abreast of SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Provide regular reports on SEO performance and recommend strategic adjustments.
Kualifikasi
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO roles.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO and experience working with Product teams.
- Excellent writing and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
- Proactive and curious thinker with attention to detail.
