Summary:
Responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and drive organic growth. This role involves conducting SEO audits, optimizing content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve search engine rankings and web traffic. Focus on maintaining competitive SEO performance aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct SEO audits to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable strategies.
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO tactics, including keyword research, content optimization, link building, and technical SEO improvements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure SEO best practices are applied in digital content and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush, making data-driven adjustments to strategies.
- Stay updated on SEO trends and algorithm changes to maintain effective strategies.
- Provide expert SEO advice and insights to support overall marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are
- implemented during website updates and new feature rollouts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO, preferably in the eCommerce or luxury goods industry.
- Proven track record of improving SEO performance and achieving growth objectives.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking strategies, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to guide strategic decisions.
- Knowledge of Western culture trends is preferred, with the ability to apply these insights to SEO strategies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Role Specific Competencies:
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail, results-driven, adaptable to algorithm
- updates, proficient in SEO tools, and effective in cross-team collaboration.
