Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify growth opportunities and search trends.
  2. Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog articles for on-page SEO improvements.
  3. Implement technical SEO best practices, including site structure, meta tags, internal linking, and page speed optimization.
  4. Perform regular website audits to identify and resolve SEO issues.
  5. Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link-building initiatives.
  6. Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  7. Track keyword rankings and provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.
  8. Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
  9. Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and industry trends to maintain and improve rankings.
  10. Support content strategy development to increase organic traffic and lead generation.
  11. Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies and recommend improvements.

Kualifikasi

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
  3. Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
  4. Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
  5. Experience in keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO optimization.
  6. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure is a plus.
  7. Familiar with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
  8. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
  9. Up-to-date with the latest Google algorithm updates and SEO trends.
  10. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with content and development teams.
  11. Detail-oriented, proactive, and target-driven.
