Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop optimization strategies for monotaro.id SEO: technical, on page, off page
- Highly preferred to have strong understanding/experience in technical SEO
- Monitoring and reviewing daily performance metrics to find areas need to improve
- Compiling and presenting SEO guidelines and preparing detailed strategy and metrics reports
- Propose and make coordination with related departments (IT, UI/UX, Merchandising, Product Information, etc) for any technical SEO, on page and off page improvements to be implemented
- Guide content teams, optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy
- Analyzing SEO techniques used by competitors then make a plan/trial for monotaro.id website.
- Keeping updated with Google’s new algorithm & regulation to stay inline with their guidelines.
- Supervising any hired third party for any SEO related projects.
Kualifikasi
- Min. 2 years working experience as SEO Specialist (preferred with ecommerce company experience)
- Have a proficient knowledge and technical skill to optimize organic performance (web structure, sitemap, meta tags, canonical, schema markup, merchant listing, etc)
- Good understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
- Professional operation skill level of SEO tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Screamingfrog, etc
- Have a good capability on data analysis
- Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable to analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis
- Familiarity with content management systems is a plus
- Preferable: High initiative personality, Critical thinker and problem-solving skills, Team player, Good time-management skills, Great interpersonal and communication skill
