About the Role
You’ll own and scale the organic growth engine for Dealls and KantorKu. As SEO Lead, you’re responsible for driving qualified, high-intent traffic. You’ll define strategy, lead execution, and work cross-functionally to ensure SEO directly impacts pipeline, revenue, and product adoption. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands SEO as a growth channel, not just content or backlinks.
What You’ll Do
- Define and execute end-to-end SEO strategy across Dealls and KantorKu.
- Own organic OKRs: traffic quality, conversion, and revenue influence.
- Prioritize SEO initiatives based on impact, effort, and business value.
- Own technical SEO with engineering (Core Web Vitals, indexing, crawlability).
- Build scalable content systems (programmatic SEO, landing pages, blog frameworks).
- Oversee off-page SEO and backlink strategy (quality > quantity).
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Content, and Growth teams.
Measurement & Optimization
- Track performance using GSC, GA, SEMrush, and internal dashboards.
- Run experiments and iterate based on data (CTR, rankings, conversions).
- Produce clear monthly reports with recommendations and next actions.
Kualifikasi
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
- Proven track record growing organic traffic and conversions.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, content systems, and search intent.
- Data-driven mindset; comfortable tying SEO to pipeline and revenue.
- English proficiency preferred.
Bonus Points
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content workflows.
- Experience with programmatic SEO at scale.
- Experience managing vendors or in-house SEO teams.
