Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
  • Analyze data and feedback to make informed design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
  • Develop and maintain design systems for consistency across products.
  • Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with account managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and goals.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design processes.
  • Document design decisions, guidelines, and patterns for future reference.
  • Create and maintain design documentation for handoff to development teams.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
  • Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
  • Solid understanding of web and mobile technologies and their impact on design feasibility.
  • Strong grasp of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Ability to create visually stunning and user-centric designs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user interactions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present and articulate design concepts and decisions.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
