We are a global software company specializing in payment processing and serving financial institutions worldwide.
Our main product is a digital payments software platform WAY4 – a card processing system. We provide our award-winning innovative WAY4 digital payments software platform for banks, processors, telcos, national switches, fleets, and other companies in over 80 countries.
We are looking for a Technical Writer ready to embrace the payment processing industry, learn a lot, and explain complex things in simple language.
What You’ll Do:
- Study of the subject matter and the software being developed, including its installation, configuration, and functional testing.
- Design and creation of technical documentation for software, and maintenance of documentation to ensure it is up-to-date.
- Getting the documentation's approval by the developer and subject matter expert.
- Communication with the editor and translator when publishing documentation.
- Participation in continuous improvement of technology for developing technical documentation.
Kualifikasi
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Excellent written skills in English.
- Understanding of the principles of development and maintenance of technical documentation in an agile development environment, in the absence of detailed working documentation.
- Technical literacy, and basic knowledge of modern technologies used in software development.
- Knowledge of programming languages, protocols, and data exchange formats, database skills will be an advantage.
- Experience in technical writing, and developing technical documentation for complex software will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of banking (payment and financial) business and terminology will be an advantage.
