Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Review SP2DK responses, tax dispute documents, SPHP responses, Objection & Appeal/Lawsuit Letters, and Judicial Review documents.
- Communicate with Account Representatives and auditors regarding progress and data requests.
- Handle audit processes: equalization, corporate tax return mapping, preparing SPHP responses, and ensuring tax certificates are received.
- Analyze audit history, documents, and corrections.
- Identify and manage disputes for objection, cancellation, appeal, or judicial review.
- Review data/documents requested by the Panel of Judges and verify evidence during trials.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and lead meetings related to tax litigation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation (Fiscal).
- At least 1 year of experience as a Supervisor in Tax Litigation, preferably in a Tax Consulting firm.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in e-SPT, tax regulations & procedures, litigation, advisory, and accounting.
- Brevet A & B certifications required.
- USKP A/B/C certification will be an advantage.
