Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Actively manage the company’s Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), various career portals, and online channels.
- Coordinate with Hiring Manager to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments.
- Create and determine job descriptions, selection criteria, and interview questions for candidates that reflect the requirements for each position.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews to see the coherency of the candidate's competencies, background, and experience with the position requirement.
- Responsible for ensuring that the level of competencies required for each role is explored within the interview through competency-based questions.
- Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer and expectations.
- Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
- Maintain an active organized data of applicants for various positions; manage records and paperwork to ensure candidate data sufficient to be recorded as new employees.
- Responsible for new hires’ onboarding program.
- Meet with the new joiners to support them throughout the onboarding process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline (preferable from the Information Technology background).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Recruitment area-especially in interviewing candidates at all levels (Having an experience in a Technology Company is preferable).
- Certification obtained from the HR Certification Institute would be advantageous.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Knowing how to use sourcing tools and technology: knowing how to use candidate sourcing software, and navigate the company’s ATS.
- Knowledgeable of relevant job boards, platforms, social media, other (online) channels, and professional networks.
- Can reach out to different types of candidates and engage with them.
- Knowledgeable of recruitment metrics.
