Your Role:

The Recruiters at BRIK are expected to be up-to-date on the requirements of the various positions in the company and act as an advocate for new and existing employees. They are expected to identify and build personal relationships with target candidates, managing a high volume of applications and leading and/or supporting large scale interview days.

What You Are Entrusted with:

  • Manage a seamless end to end recruitment process in line with agreed priorities
  • High level customer service skills ensuring excellent candidate experience and fast turnaround times
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to see and manage specific recruiting initiatives
  • Proactive problem solver capable of identifying blockers and generating “out of the box” solutions
  • High desire and energy to continuously improve the recruitment process
  • Able to coordinate streams of work independently and comfortably working with minimal direction
  • Report and update hiring activity through the recruitment dashboard
  • Establish relationships with hiring managers and influence the processes to ensure effective and efficient recruitment
  • Creatively scouting and sourcing talent on job board platforms


  • Bachelor’s Degree at a minimum, higher degree / MBA will be a plus.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in Talent Acquisition (end-to-end recruitment), experience in handling operation positions would be a plus point
  • Exceptional attention to detail on all aspects of recruitment
  • Experience in recruitment agency / Headhunter will be an added advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and decision making skills
  • Well organized, self-disciplined and KPI driven
  • Fluent in both written and verbal English
  • Able to work hybrid in Tangerang or trip to our batching plant in JABOTABEK area
