Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage full-cycle recruitment especially for non-tech and senior management roles, from manpower planning to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs through proactive engagement, networking, and relationship management.
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract high-potential senior candidates in relevant industries.
- Design and implement employer branding strategies from scratch, ensuring alignment with company culture, business goals, and market positioning.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on employer branding, manpower and succession planning, and recruitment strategy; build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers.
- Manage employer branding campaigns, including social media presence, company profiles, and employee stories with possible collaboration with external partners.
- Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment and branding metrics to evaluate effectiveness and improve strategies.
- Represent the company at external events to promote the employer brand and build relationships.
Kualifikasi
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Employer Branding, with specialty in hiring non-tech & senior level above
- Proven experience building or leading Employer Branding initiatives from scratch (e.g., EVP development, campaign creation, etc.).
- Strong network and experience recruiting in non-tech corporate roles (e.g., finance, marketing, operations, HR).
Skills:
- Excellent recruitment skills with knowledge of Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and other recruitment analytics tools.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
