Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure
- Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools
- Design, implement, and deploy integrated IT infrastructure solutions according to client requirements.
- Proactively ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
- Install, configure, and test hardware and software components such as: Servers, network equipment, operating systems, security appliances, etc.
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
- Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
- Participate in pre-sales technical discussions with the sales team to define scope, propose solutions, and assess feasibility.
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support during and post-implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and integration issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor degree from computer science or related major
- Proven working experience in installing, configuring, troubleshooting, migration, and maintenance for network (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, routing & switching), server, storage (NAS, SAN)
- Networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and containerization (kubernetes, docker)
- Experience with monitoring systems and operation system (Windows Server, Linux)
- Have experience in designing the network infrastructure in the company, including: Server and storage architecture, Networking, Cybersecurity fundamentals, and Backup and disaster recovery solution
