Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for IT solutions and services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned verticals, regions, or markets.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s IT products and services, as well as competitors’ offerings.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Engage with C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and procurement teams to understand their business challenges and IT needs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing recommendations for technology solutions that align with their goals.
Solution Selling:
- Lead sales discussions and presentations, tailoring solutions to meet the specific requirements of each client.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design customized IT solutions, including hardware, software, cloud services, and managed services.
- Demonstrate the value of proposed solutions through ROI analysis and use cases.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop compelling sales materials and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline data in CRM systems.
- Provide regular sales performance reports and forecasts to management.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve win-win outcomes for both the client and the company.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of deals, coordinating with legal and finance teams as necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information technology/systems or sales or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of work experiences as a sales solution, preferable in FSI.
- Proven sales record, especially selling security network solutions and Enterprise Applications
- They should have experience in analyzing and gathering business requirements, preparing technical solution proposals, and presenting proposals to customers.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) coupled with excellent questioning skills
- Ability to collaborate with key client facing teams, as well as internal stakeholders.
- Assertive in approach coupled with confidence in area of expertise and the ability to facilitate business conversations.
- Seasoned experience selling complex software solutions and services to the C-Suite
- Seasoned knowledge of key vendor licensing models such as Cisco, Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortinet & Thales
- Proficiency in team selling approach and ability to define sales strategy.
- In-depth knowledge of competitors and ability to apply competing successful sales strategies.
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally will occasionally be required.
- Able to work under pressure
