We are seeking a talented, endlessly curious individual to join our team. You’ll be working closely with our group of companies in the fintech sector as part of the Engineering department. This company is a leading B2B fintech platform in its field, processing over US$2B across multiple currencies annually. Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain modern frontend applications using Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS
- Build and maintain component libraries and design systems, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and reusability
- Collaborate with backend engineers to design clean, efficient API contracts
- Ensure high standards of code quality through thorough testing, code reviews, and documentation
- Investigate and resolve frontend production issues, including layout bugs, interaction quirks, and degraded performance
- Mentor junior engineers and help improve team practices in frontend architecture, testing, and performance tuning
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to shape and deliver seamless user experiences
Kualifikasi
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in frontend development, with at least 2+ years in React and Next.js
- Knowledge of both server-side and client side rendering especially in relation of Next.js
- Deep understanding of the modern web platform: rendering models, hydration, performance budgets, accessibility
- Strong UI/UX sensibility — able to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, accessible UIs
- Experience building or maintaining a design system or component library
- Comfortable with SSR, dynamic routing, caching strategies, and web performance optimization
- Familiarity with common frontend testing strategies (E2E, unit, integration)
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate cross-functionally with design, backend, and product teams
- Strong communication skills — able to explain trade-offs clearly and mentor others effectively
Nice to Have
- Prior experience working in fintech or payments
- Familiarity with building design systems or working with internal design systems
- Experience building and debugging authentication/authorization flows, especially in multi-tenant systems
- Experience writing technical/architecture document like RFC/ADR
