Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic guidance and comprehensive support to the exclusive distributor to drive market success.
Lead and manage sales operations across both General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels, ensuring optimal market penetration and growth.
Oversee and coordinate the Finance, Accounting, and HR teams to ensure smooth internal operations and alignment with business goals.
Conduct regular market visits to build strong relationships with local customers and distributors, ensuring effective market engagement and feedback.
Report directly to the CEO, providing valuable insights on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.

Kualifikasi

Job Requirements:

A Master’s degree is preferred, with a proven track record in sales and marketing within the Consumer Goods industry.
Extensive experience managing distributors and multi-channel sales strategies (GT and MT).
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a history of leading cross-functional teams.
Willingness to relocate and be based in Vietnam, taking ownership of the regional market.
Fluency in both English and Cantonese is required to effectively navigate diverse market environments.
