Overview
As a Recovery Senior Staff, you will play a critical role in maximizing the recovery of non-performing assets while maintaining positive relationships with debtors and stakeholders. Reporting directly to the Recovery Manager, this position requires strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and a results-driven mindset.
Employment Terms:
- Contract Duration: 6 months. Eligible for permanent employment after 3 or 6 months based on performance.
- Performance-Based Incentives: Up to 1% of successful asset recovery, paid every 3 months based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct negotiations and recovery strategies with debtors of non-performing assets.
- Manage and maintain existing recovery channels to optimize asset returns.
- Analyze, plan, and anticipate challenges in the asset recovery process.
- Act as an extension of the Recovery Manager, ensuring smooth execution of recovery plans.
- Maintain positive relationships between the company and debtors to facilitate successful recoveries.
- Ensure that all stakeholder interests are met throughout the recovery process.
Kualifikasi
- 3-5 years of experience in a financial institution handling secured loan products.
- Priority for candidates with 2-3 years of experience in collection and/or recovery in a similar field.
- S1 degree in any major (Finance, Management, or Law preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and objective-oriented mindset.
- Preferred: Existing connections with cessor or founders.
