You are expected to be able to:
- Define and execute product strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
- Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation, research, and roadmap planning to launch.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets and report while documenting requirements and contributing to product development plans.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in product management, project management, or related roles.
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to implementation.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience in budgeting, reporting, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Willing to work in a hybrid work arrangement in Jakarta.
