Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Manage and prioritize the product backlog, including creating, refining, and tracking user stories using Jira.
Work closely with stakeholders and development teams to define product requirements, priorities, and delivery timelines.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders based on Jira data and project metrics.
Prepare and deliver presentations related to project progress, implementation status, and product updates when required.
Ensure user stories and requirements are clearly defined and aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product and project delivery.

Kualifikasi

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product/project management role.
Proven experience using Jira for user story management, estimation, backlog tracking, and project monitoring.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development processes.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate project status and insights based on data.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical development teams.
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and multiple tasks effectively.
