The Role:
As a Senior Product Designer, you will be instrumental in defining and optimizing the core infrastructure experience that powers our entire ecosystem. You'll be tackling complex, critical challenges that directly affect our ability to scale, focusing on the tools and systems that ensure a fast, reliable, and efficient process. Get ready to dive deep into the invisible and visible needs of our operators, internal stakeholders, and partners to shape high-impact, nuanced product experiences.
What You Will Do:
Strategic & Vision
- Own the E2E Design Strategy: Guide the entire design process for your specific product area, from initial discovery and problem definition to final delivery
- Define the Problem Space: Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deeply define complex problems, co-create solutions, and translate intricate business and operational requirements into simple, effective product interfaces.
- Drive Data-Informed Decisions: Leverage quantitative data (metrics, analytics) and qualitative user insights to inform design choices, validate hypotheses, and continually improve the usability and overall satisfaction of our supply-side tools.
Design Execution & Quality
- Set the Bar for Execution: Deliver high-quality wireframes, flows, and prototypes, maintaining a high bar for visual and interaction design consistency across all touchpoints.
- Systemic Thinking: Champion the utilization and evolution of the design system to ensure experiences are scalable, consistent, and efficient to build across various platforms and tools.
- Critical Feedback: Actively participate in design reviews, providing thoughtful, constructive feedback that raises the overall craft quality and strategic thinking of the entire product team.
Team & Process Improvement
- Improve Design Operations: Proactively identify gaps in existing design processes and rituals, proposing and implementing improvements to enable the team to operate more effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Kualifikasi
- At least 4-5 years of professional experience designing and shipping digital products (web, mobile, internal tools or SaaS).
- An exceptional, well-organized portfolio showcasing your end-to-end product design process, strategic thinking, and the impact of your work on user outcomes and business goals.
- Expert proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma is essential; Sketch, Adobe XD are a plus).
- Proven experience in designing for complex workflows, large feature sets, or enterprise-level applications.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design fundamentals.
