Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Create effective talent acquisition and employer branding activities.
Design and implement tools for acquisition and assessment.
Conduct job analysis, job evaluation and job description as well as job grading.
Design and implement employee strategies, talent mapping, career management and leadership development programs.
Support delivery of onboarding for new hires and training to employees for competency & performance improvement.

Kualifikasi

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Management/ or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience and proven exposure in talent acquisition, talent management, learning & development activities.
Having experience or proven exposure in as internal trainer, end to end learning & development program from conduct training need analysis, competency gap analysis, create delivery, monitoring and evaluate training programs.
