Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibility
* Develop comprehensive marketing marketing strategies that align with overall marketing goals, product launches and promotional campaigns
* Identifying and targeting audience segments through market research and consumer behavior analysis.
* Manage marketing budgets effectively to achieve campaign objectives
* Develop strategic planning, measuring, monitoring, and reviewing marketing campaigns
* Assist in monthtly marketing reviews, provide analyses and interpretations of campaign data
* Work alongside various stakeholders and oversee product development
* Conducting data collection on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed decisions.
* Tracking campaign performance and observing through data analysis to enhance overall effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
* Proven 3-5 years’ experience in B2B & B2C marketing
* Strong business analytical thinking and attention to detail
* Excellent in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets
* Great communication, presentation and negotiation skills
* Knowledge in B2C marketing tools and application
* Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices
* Multi-tasking ability and able to work in a constantly changing environment
* Proficiency in English is a plus
