- Lead research projects with minimal supervision, managing timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
- Develop research frameworks and methodologies that align with project objectives and data collection requirements.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research using statistical modeling, triangulation, and data validation techniques.
- Compile findings into structured reports and presentations, providing clear and actionable insights.
- Oversee junior analysts by setting expectations, reviewing work, and maintaining research accuracy.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance research efficiency and workflow.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define research objectives and ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Manage client interactions as needed, facilitating requests and participating in key discussions.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to support research development.
- Conduct training sessions to strengthen research capabilities and analytical skills within the team.
Kualifikasi
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in market research, along with a portfolio of past research work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Statistics.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple research projects independently.
- Expertise in primary and secondary research, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience with statistical tools (Excel, SPSS, or equivalent) and data visualization platforms (Canva, Google Slides, PowerPoint).
- Business acumen and industry knowledge, with an understanding of market trends and competitor dynamics.
- Ability to guide and mentor junior analysts, reviewing their work and ensuring research quality.
- Self-directed and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
