As a Senior Legal Officer, you will play a key role in supporting Sayurbox’s business growth by providing comprehensive legal advice and risk management across multiple areas:
- Corporate Legal Advisory: Provide legal counsel to management on business operations (B2B & B2C), and draft/review internal policies to ensure legal compliance.
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including partnerships, distribution, tech services, and supply contracts—ensuring adherence to consumer protection and e-commerce regulations.
- Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure company compliance with agribusiness, food safety, data protection (PDP), OSS/RBA, and relevant regulations from BPOM, the Ministry of Agriculture, etc.
- Dispute Resolution & Risk Management: Manage legal disputes and overdue receivables, while developing risk mitigation strategies for business activities and products.
- Corporate Action & Governance: Support corporate matters such as GMS, changes in board composition, and articles of association, while managing corporate documentation and regulatory filings.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business, finance, tech, marketing, and procurement teams to provide legal insight that supports innovation and strategic initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Law (S.H.) is required. Holding an Advocate license (PERADI) or other legal certifications is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years working in a law firm or in-house legal role. Experience in the tech, e-commerce, or FMCG/retail industries is highly preferred.
Key Competencies:
- Regulatory Knowledge & Compliance: Strong understanding of legal frameworks in e-commerce, consumer protection, personal data protection, agribusiness, and food distribution. Familiar with OSS/RBA systems and regulations from BPOM and other relevant authorities.
- Legal Drafting & Commercial Contracts: Skilled in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements—including partnerships, distribution, tech collaboration, tenders, and SLAs—in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- KYC & Legal Due Diligence: Proven experience in conducting legal due diligence and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes for prospective business partners, suppliers, and vendors to minimize legal and reputational risks.
- Risk Analysis & Legal Solutions: Ability to identify and assess legal risks, and provide practical and strategic legal recommendations to support sound business decision-making.
- Negotiation & Stakeholder Engagement: Strong interpersonal skills for engaging internal stakeholders and external partners, with the ability to negotiate win-win legal solutions that align with business objectives.
