STRATEGY & CAMPAIGN DEVELOPMENT

  • Lead end-to-end influencer marketing strategy for client campaigns (from ideation, KOL mapping, to execution).
  • Identify the right mix of KOLs (nano, micro, macro, mega) that align with brand goals, campaign objectives, and budget.
  • Collaborate with internal strategy, creative, and media teams to ensure KOL activities support the overall marketing strategy.
  • Benchmark industry trends, emerging platforms, and viral content formats to keep strategies relevant and innovative.

INFLUENCER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with KOLs, talent managers, and influencer communities. (Local & Global)
  • Negotiate rates, deliverables, and timelines with influencers to optimize cost-efficiency and campaign quality.
  • Oversee influencer briefing, onboarding, and content review to ensure brand alignment and authenticity.
  • Provide professional guidance to KOLs on creative direction and campaign execution.

CAMPAIGN EXECUTION & COORDINATION

  • Supervise campaign timelines, deliverables, and ensure all KOL content meets brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with creative, production, and client service teams for smooth campaign rollout.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure spending efficiency across influencer tiers.
  • Ensure all legal, compliance, and disclosure requirements are met (e.g., sponsored content tags).

PERFORMANCE TRACKING & OPTIMIZATION

  • Develop KPI frameworks for influencer campaigns (reach, engagement, conversions, sentiment).
  • Use analytic tools (e.g., Instagram/TikTok Insights, Social Blade, HypeAuditor, or agency dashboard tools) to monitor performance.
  • Analyze results, generate post-campaign reports, and provide strategic insights for future improvements.
  • Identify high-performing influencers for long-term partnership opportunities.

LEADERSHIP & COLLABORATION

  • Mentor and support junior KOL specialists and coordinators.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Client Service, Creative, Media Buying, and PR teams.
  • Present influencer strategies and campaign results to clients in a confident, data-driven manner.
  • Contribute to agency growth by recommending new tools, methodologies, or KOL partnership innovations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, PR, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing influencer marketing campaigns (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and creator ecosystems (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X/Twitter).
  • Proven track record in KOL sourcing, negotiation, and campaign management across multiple industries.
  • Analytical mindset — ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (or applicable local language).
  • Proficiency with tools like HypeAuditor, Heepsy, Upfluence, Sprout Social, or Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Strong project management and multitasking ability under tight deadlines.
