Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Communicate project updates to Clients and the internal team about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, plans, reports, and post-project evaluations.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to relevant Clients.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  • Understand technical requirements and constraints at a high level to effectively communicate with technical teams and stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or similar role in the technology industry.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive results.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High-level understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
  • Fluent in English

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in managing projects in [specific areas related to your company, e.g., web development, software development, etc.].
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of offshore talent management and outsourcing processes.
