Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements for existing systems and new IT projects.
- Define and document IT procurement needs and processes.
- Coordinate Scrum ceremonies and work closely with cross-functional scrum teams.
- Manage and prioritize user demands based on business impact.
- Prepare product documentation and user guides.
- Coordinate Production Acceptance Test (PAT) and support go-live readiness.
- Conduct Post-Implementation Reviews to evaluate solution effectiveness.
- Ensure successful delivery of high-impact projects aligned with the company’s annual business plan (RBT).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Analyst, IT Analyst, or in digital product roles.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI; experienced with JIRA & Confluence.
- Fluent in English with clear written and verbal communication.
- Solid understanding of product lifecycle, backlog management, and product testing.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset; able to use data (SQL/analytics tools) to drive decisions.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
