Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identify process, system, and operational improvement opportunities based on field observations and user feedback.
- Perform RCA for recurring system/process issues and propose specific solutions.
- Execute UAT, validate requirements, and support rollout of new features and SOP updates.
- Provide second-line support for complex system issues.
- Summarize user requests and system performance insights for Product/Engineering teams.
- Assist Manager in implementing improvement projects and SOP documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related.
- 2–3 years of experience in IT operations, system support, or warehouse processes.
- Proficient in Excel & Google Sheets; SQL or HTML is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Have leadership skills to lead the team
- Willing to work onsite at warehouse locations when needed.
