Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We need you to step into the role of Team Lead, guiding your own team and taking responsibility for:
1. Strategic Workforce Planning:
- Forecast future hiring needs in line with business goals
- Guide organizational design and restructuring initiatives
2. Compensation & Benefits Strategy
- Develop competitive, fair compensation structures and benefits packages
- Regularly benchmark salary scales to ensure market competitiveness
3. Talent Management & Succession Planning
- Identify high-potential employees and create career pathing
- Oversee leadership development and ensure a robust pipeline for key positions
4. HR Analytics & Data-Driven Decision-Making
- Implement HRIS tools for data collection and reporting
- Turn insights into actionable HR strategies that support business goals
5. Compliance & Risk Mitigation
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations
- Identify potential HR risks and take proactive measures to address them
6. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Conduct engagement surveys and act on findings
- Implement initiatives to boost morale, reduce turnover, and improve productivity
7. Executive Stakeholder Management
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations at executive meetings
8. Policy Development & Continuous Improvement
- Develop and standardize HR policies for consistency and clarity
- Continuously refine HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews)
Kualifikasi
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in the Talent Acquisition area.
- Able to work and adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools like Google Workspace. Familiarity with HRIS is a plus but not mandatory.
- Passion for people management and creating a positive workplace culture.
- Able to extract data into actionable HR Initiatives
