Senior Graphic Designer at The Mutual Golf

The Mutual Golf is a golf & lifestyle platform bringing a fresh perspective to the game through content, community, events, and culture. We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can help shape how The Mutual Golf looks and feels across digital content, campaigns, collaborations, and real-world experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute visual concepts across social media, campaigns, editorial content, events, tournaments, and brand collaborations.
• Translate creative briefs and content ideas into strong, distinctive visual directions that feel relevant to The Mutual Golf.
• Own design projects from initial concept and exploration through final execution.
• Create and maintain visual systems for recurring content, campaigns, and event properties.
• Collaborate closely with Social Media, Editorial, Production, Partnership, and Commercial teams to bring ideas to life.
• Develop key visuals and adapt them across digital, print, merchandise, signage, and other brand touchpoints.
• Ensure visual consistency and quality across The Mutual Golf’s day-to-day and campaign output.
• Contribute references, design trends, and new visual approaches to continuously evolve the brand.
• Review and provide constructive design feedback to junior designers and interns when needed.
• Manage multiple design requests and timelines while maintaining a high standard of craft.
