Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Illustrate concepts by creating drafts of illustrations/designs and their copies according to the target market or brief given.
- Conceptualize and design branding/marketing materials or advertisements and collaborate with other divisions for producing content such as Design, motion
- Analyze and stay up to date with design trends and improve the visual quality of client pitching decks.
- Design is to be incorporated into online & offline marketing visuals.
- Develop creative ideas, and motion concepts from a variety of brands for digital content. Experience in how to research video concepts, curation, and execute content based on current trends.
- Develop and strengthen client brand identity through consistent and relevant designs on social media platforms.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.
- Proactively guide and supervise the work of the Graphic Design team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3year of experience as a Graphic Designer, Creative Designer, Motion Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Art/Design/Creative fields
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of Graphic Design for Digital/POSM/Motion Graphics work.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Creative minded and good eye for details Great passion for the creative field
- Proficiency with AI design tools (such as MidJourney, DALL-E, or Adobe Firefly) is a plus
