Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Provides strategic oversight to the Office of Government Relations and is responsible for government affairs strategies that advances the Company's mission and goals with local, regional, state and federal elected officials.
  2. Establishes and implements short- and long-range organizational goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates programmatic and operational effectiveness, and effects changes required for improvement.
  3. Establishes and maintains constructive relationships with elected and appointed officials on a federal, state, and local level and invests considerable time and energy in prioritized networking activity.
  4. Apprises the BOC and BOD of pertinent legislative issues, external factors, and policy proposals and actions that could impact the Company.
  5. Understands, communicates and advocates Company priorities to governmental officials, local and national organizations and other government entities on key legislative issues related to crypto situation. 
  6. Serves as a key representative for the Company
  7. Shapes and influences legislative programs and other critical business issues in alignment with Company goals and objectives.
  8. Works with lobbyists and legislators in establishing and implementing a lobbying strategy, both proactive and responsive.
  9. Prepares communications to and for key stakeholders, including the President and Board of Regents, regarding pertinent issues on legislative changes; directs and oversees the development of materials in support of the government relations agenda, such as talking points, legislative summaries, factsheets, testimony, reports and letters.

Kualifikasi

  1. A bachelor’s degree in Political Science, International Affairs, International Development, or a similarly relevant field within the social sciences.
  2. Experience at least 10 years in Fintech/Banking/ others relation with OJK
  3. A strong policy advocacy expertise and experience in dealing with high-level regulatory bodies.
  4. Extensive regulator contacts at multiple levels, enabling you to navigate the regulation landscape effectively
  5. Excellent attention to detail (i.e., perfectionist attributes), organizational ability, time management, and ability to prioritize competing demands and to provide quality work under short notice and tight turnaround times.
  6. Discretion, tact, personal and professional ethics, and a diplomatic demeanor are essential.
  7. Fluency in English and Bahasa, excellent interpersonal and written communications skills in English; proficiency in mandarin are a plus.
  8. Proven ability to develop and implement successful public policy engagement campaigns.
