Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage daily finance operations and oversee internal controls to ensure accurate and efficient financial processes.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports to external stakeholders, including OJK, Bank Indonesia (BI), banking partners, and other regulatory authorities.
- Manage daily company fund operations, including treasury activities, fund movement monitoring, internal system updates, and bank transaction reconciliations.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of all fund-related operations.
- Prepare and submit tax reports in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations, ensuring timely and accurate compliance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support new business initiatives, strategic partnerships, and funding arrangements.
- Continuously improve finance processes, controls, and operational efficiency to support business growth
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with 4 - 5 years of finance experience, preferably in P2P lending, fintech, or payment gateway.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations (OJK, BI, and related compliance).
- Fluent in English.
- Good understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and P2P lending accounting.
- Experience in treasury, fund operations, bank reconciliation, and internal controls.
- Strong analytical skills with experience supporting business partnerships and funding projects.
